Located within the prestigious Riverside-Avondale Historic District of Jacksonville, our Kent Campus offers a friendly neighborhood atmosphere with cutting-edge facilities and a supportive learning environment. We look forward to welcoming you to the FSCJ Kent Campus! Please park in the largest lot located closest to building A. Your FSCJ Tour Guide will meet you as you walk on campus near the Water Fountain outside the A building. Comfortable shoes are recommended for walking and stair climbing. In case of severe weather or a campus emergency, your tour will be rescheduled for your safety. Please plan to arrive a few minutes early for your scheduled tour. Tours begin promptly at the scheduled time, and late arrivals may need to reschedule for another date to ensure a full and consistent campus experience.

- Where will we meet for the tour?
You will meet your tour guide by the fountain outside of Building A.
- How long will the tour last?
The tour will last approximately 45 minutes.
- Will there be lots of walking/stair climbing?
Yes! Please wear comfortable walking shoes, as we will be walking and climbing stairs throughout the tour experience.
- Can I speak to an advisor during my time on campus?
Absolutely! Generally the Student Services Center is open all day. We recommend stopping by advising AFTER the tour, as stopping before may make you late for your experience.
- What time should I arrive to campus?
Your tour will start promptly at the listed start time, so please arrive 5-10 minutes early! We do ask that if you arrive late, you reschedule your tour so that we can provide you with the full campus experience.
- What will I see on my tour?
You will see key areas like our Student Success Center, Cafe, and Library, as well as program-specific areas like labs and classrooms.
- What if I have questions prior to coming on campus?

- What happens in the case of severe weather or emergency campus closures?
If the tour needs to be cancelled for any reason, you will be contacted via the email you signed up with to notify you of the change.
